Certo, i prezzi sono superiori alla media, come in tutti i piccoli esercizi rispetto ai grossi centri, ma: 1) è specializzato 2) offre una grande varietà di piante che non si trovano nei grandi centri di giardinaggio e quello che non è presente al momento è ordinabile; 3) Simone è competente e prodigo di consigli, anche post vendita; 4) piante spedite arrivate in condizioni perfette. Finchè resterà viva questa passione, sarà uno dei miei fornitori preferiti.

Alocasia Tandurusa is a variety of Alocasia appreciated for its leaves with wavy edges whose color varies from light green to the central vein which is dark green, almost black.
Native to the Indonesian province of Gorontalo, in the north of the island of Sulawesi, Alocasia Tandurusa is known for its green leaves which give the entire plant an elegant and sophisticated appearance.
Its leaves are often shaded by veins of a lighter color, tending towards yellow up to the central vein which becomes almost black. The size of the leaves can vary depending on the growing conditions. It can reach a height of between 100 and 150 cm with leaves over 60 cm long and about 30 cm wide.
This variety is particularly popular as an indoor ornamental plant, thanks to its elegant appearance and unique color. However, it still requires some specific care to thrive. It needs a warm and humid environment and prefers to be placed in a bright but indirectly lit place, avoiding direct exposure to the sun which could damage the leaves.
Alocasia Tandurusa also requires well-drained soil and regular watering to keep the substrate slightly moist. It is important to avoid excessive water accumulation around the roots, as this may cause root rot. With proper care, this variety can be a stunning addition to any houseplant collection, bringing a touch of elegance to your home.
